Alex N. Kim

Alex N. Kim is an Associate at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. He practices in both New Jersey and New York, focusing on the defense of individual clients, corporations, and public entities in matters involving general liability, premises liability, and construction-related claims.

Alex served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, P.J. Cv. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage. Alex earned his Juris Doctor in 2022 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore. While in law school, he was a member of the Transactional Law Competition Team and the Business Law Society. He also served as a student attorney for the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and as a research assistant, focused on case law related to cryptocurrency and securities.
