Francis W. Yook
President
Francis W. Yook is a litigation associate at Walsh Pizzi O’Reilly Falanga LLP. He presently serves as the President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey. He is a member of APALA-NJ’s Golf Committee and Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. APALA-NJ’s JPAC oversees the policies and procedures for the organization’s formal endorsement of qualified candidates for judicial and prosecutorial appointments.
Francis focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He previously served as the law clerk to the Honorable Edward S. Kiel, U.S.M.J., for the 2020-21 term, and to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C., for the 2014-15 term. Before joining Walsh, Francis was an associate at a large regional law firm. Francis earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University.
