Amanda M. Yu

Treasurer

Amanda M. Yu, Esq. is a Partner at Drisgula Divorce & Family Law, in Wayne, New Jersey, where she practices exclusively family and matrimonial law as a litigator, mediator, guardian ad litem, parent coordinator, and parenting time supervisor. Amanda is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the District of New Jersey, and New York. She is a proud lifetime member of APALA-NJ and served as a member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 term before serving as Treasurer for the 2024-2025 term. Amanda received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Linda E. Mallozzi, J.S.C., Union County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. Amanda is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Passaic County Bar Association.

 

Amanda has served on the Family Law Executive Committee since 2023, and as an Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer since 2020. In addition to her involvement in the State and local Bar Associations in New Jersey, Amanda is deeply involved as an alumna of Fordham Law. She has served on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the New Attorneys Division of the Fordham Law Alumni Attorneys of Color (“AAC”) affinity group since 2017, and is presently serving as one of the two Co-Chairs of the Recent Graduate Committee for the 2023-2025 term. Amanda is proud to have been selected by a vote of her peers as one of Bergen County’s Top Lawyers since 2022 and featured in Bergen Magazine, and to have been included in the Super Lawyers New Jersey Rising Star list by Thomson Reuters since 2023.
