Brian Yarzab
Director
Brian J. Yarzab is a corporate and commercial real estate lawyer and a director (and a lifetime member) of APALA-NJ. He first joined APALA-NJ in 2013 and has since remained involved in the local APA communities of New Jersey and Greater New York. In his legal practice, Brian helps clients navigate both the boardroom and the courtroom when it comes to commercial and real estate transactions and disputes. He also provides counsel and representation to applicants in zoning and land use matters before municipal and regional boards, where he works closely with architects, engineers, and planners to secure governmental approvals and permits for commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
Brian received his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey, where he studied finance; and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Brian was born in South Korea but has lived the entirety of his life in New Jersey. For the record, he calls Taylor ham “Taylor ham” and recognizes the existence of Central Jersey.
