
Brian Yarzab
Director
Brian Yarzab is corporate counsel to Veolia North America, a water, waste management, and energy services company, where he serves primarily as legal and strategic advisor to the company's regulated water business units, which own and operate water utility systems across the United States. Brian leverages his extensive background in corporate and commercial real estate law to help the company achieve its legal and business objectives, including delivering quality water services to the local communities it serves.
Brian is a director (and lifetime member) of APALA-NJ, and he has served on its board of directors since 2023. Brian joined APALA-NJ in 2013, and for more than a decade he has remained active and involved in the APA legal communities of New Jersey and New York.
Brian studied finance at the College of New Jersey and law at Rutgers School of Law in Newark, where he served on the editorial board of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Brian was born in South Korea and raised in New Jersey. For the record, he calls Taylor ham “Taylor ham,” and he recognizes the existence of Central Jersey.
