Erica Francisco-Lau is a Litigation Associate at Methfessel & Werbel, practicing in New Jersey and New York. Her work focuses on complex litigation, including civil rights, employment law, insurance defense, intellectual property, and liability matters.

She represents corporate and institutional clients in high-exposure cases and brings a strong understanding of risk, governance, and compliance.

Ms. Francisco-Lau earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston, with a concentration in intellectual property, and her LL.M. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She also serves as Northeast Regional Governor for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA), where she is committed to mentorship, leadership development, and advancing diversity in the legal profession.
