Irene Hsieh

Irene Hsieh is a partner in the Employment Law and Litigation Departments at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, where she is a member of the Higher Education Practice Group and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Team. Based in the firm’s Woodbridge office, Ms. Hsieh concentrates her practice in commercial litigation with experience encompassing employment discrimination and retaliation actions, including the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in employment-related matters. She represents clients in commercial business disputes and has also handled litigation in the areas of construction law and trusts and estates.

Ms. Hsieh is a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of NJ, the NJ Supreme Court District Ethics Committee for District VIII (Middlesex County) and was appointed to the NJ Supreme Court Special Civil Part Practice Committee as designee of the APALA-NJ. Ms. Hsieh received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in NJ and NY.
