Jessica Ma

Jessica Ma is an attorney at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble and specializes in employment law, representing individuals in cases of workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Jessica also handles personal injury matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice.

After completing a criminal clerkship in Atlantic County with the Honorable Kyran Connor, J.S.C. (ret.), Jessica served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, where she worked closely with law enforcement in prosecuting hundreds of criminal matters on behalf of innocent victims. Following her criminal law experience, Jessica worked in civil defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice and public entity work.

Jessica obtained her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Camden, where she participated in moot court and served as the Lead State Constitutional Law Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. She also graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers College, where she competed in the intercollegiate mock trial program. In addition to APALA-NJ, Jessica is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Women’s Lawyer Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
