Lena K. Kim

Vice President of Communications

Lena K. Kim is an Associate with Jackson Lewis, P.C. Her practice focuses on employment litigation as well as providing advice and counseling to employers. Lena’s experience includes representing and counseling school boards and other public entities on matters related to governance, labor and employment, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Her litigation experience includes defending clients in professional liability, products liability, and general liability matters.


Lena served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lourdes I. Santiago, J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, where she handled matters in the Family Division, primarily focusing on the Children in Court docket. Lena also regularly served as a court-appointed mediator for matrimonial and non-dissolution matters. Lena received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ. While in law school, Lena was an Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a Member of the Moot Court Board. Lena served as a clinical law student in the Rutgers Immigrant Rights Clinic and as a research and writing assistant in drafting an amicus brief on behalf of over 100 immigration law professors nationwide. Lena was also a teaching fellow for the Minority Student Program and completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Jose L. Linares, U.S.D.J. (Ret.), United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Lena received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
