Nick Pradaxay

Director

Nick is an Associate Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in the firm’s Litigation section. Nick's practice includes general commercial litigation and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Buchanan, Nick worked at an international firm based in London where he specialized in litigating complex commercial insurance coverage matters in both state and federal courts. Nick also previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Appellate Division.


Nick received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as the Business Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review, chairman of the Hunter Moot Court program, a legal writing teaching fellow, and a member of the intramural mock trial team. He was also externed for the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongivoanni, U.S.M.J of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable George S. Leone, J.A.D. (ret.) of the New Jersey Appellate Division. Nick also served as the first teaching assistant for the inaugural Minority Student Program at Rutgers Law School's Camden campus and was president of the Asian/Pacific-American Law Student Association for two years. Outside of work Nick likes staying active by competing in recreational sports leagues and golfing with his friends. He is also an avid sports fan and roots for all things related to the Florida Gators and Detroit sports.
